The Hong Kong Marathon will give HK$10,000 to all male and female finishers who run under 3:00 and 3:30 respectively, as long as they’re permanent residents of the city and meet certain criteria. This is the largest amount of money an amateur runner has ever received in Hong Kong. The marathon also offers HK$20,000 to the school of the Judges’ Prize winner, who is chosen by a panel of judges. Applicants must be nominated by their teachers and are encouraged to submit their artwork online before the submission deadline. This competition is free to enter and open to all secondary school students in Hong Kong. Nominations close on 28 November 2022. All entries are reviewed and scored by a panel of judges.
